I have to say, my recent stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the view of the pool from my room was nice, but unfortunately, it was also quite noisy, so we couldn't leave it on at night while we slept. The room did come with a fridge, which was convenient, especially since I had booked this holiday a year in advance.

The service at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The employees went above and beyond, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was a bit of a walk to access some of the services.

The hotel's location was great for getting to all the attractions; it was like a picture-perfect postcard away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. However, there was a lot of noise near the elevator, which was a downside.

The dining experience was excellent with high-quality food items not found at other hotels. Our server at breakfast was attentive, and there were many options to choose from. Still, I was a bit disappointed because despite being told it would be fixed, the issue remained unresolved.

The hotel had great facilities, offering room service, laundry, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance. The only drawback was the noise near the elevator.
